I know many people have mix feelings about sardines. I used to be one of them, until I wasn't, it has all to do with the quality of sardines you get. Portuguese sardines are by far the best I've ever had.
This dish is so, so super simple, that I almost feel guilty writing a recipe for it. I literally open a can of sardines preserved in oil put them in a plate and sliced some cucumber and some tomatoes, season with the sardine's oil, salt and pepper, TA DA!.... One tip: Try to make your food look pretty, not only because it will seduce you to eat it, but also because is fun! So, what I'm saying is.... Play with your food.
